We are all different and our bodies have different needs. Together we’ll assess your goals and build a plan that lets you grow stronger physically, and mentally. My goal is to help you gain confidence in what your body can do and help you push yourself to achieve more than you ever imagined.

PERSONAL TRAINING

This 1-on-1 session means we are 100% focused on you and your goals. If you’ve been too shy to try working out in a busy gym, this is a great option for you to take up, and start your fitness journey.

 

You’re in control - before or after work, or a midday workout. You get to train when it suits your schedule.

 

60 minute session

10 x sessions = $500 

5 x sessions =  $300 

Pay as you go =$60 per session

Group Workout Session

GROUP TRAINING

A popular option - bring a friend, or a group of friends and encourage each other to move more!

 

Group training sessions are fun and interactive and can be anything from high-intensity cardio workouts, partner exercises, and a bit of friendly competition as you set your personal bests.

 

60 minute session

10 x sessions = $300 per person

5 x sessions =  $175 per person

Pay as you go =$40 per session per person

NUTRITION

I specialise in low carb nutrition and can provide meal plans to maintain weight, lose weight, and build muscle.
